I was born on August 22, 1977 .

When I was a kid I wanted to be a footballer, then something must have gone wrong because from being a footballer I found myself being kicked around, by life.

I'm kidding. I've always liked drawing, but it was when I happened to read monographs of great artists that a great fire lit up in me, and it has yet to go out.

I graduated from the Modigliani art high school in Padua, and every day, even if I don't have all the time available to do Art, I put together the pieces of a puzzle that I will never finish.

In fact, each work I create is an attempt to capture and fit onto the canvas those "living" but invisible, perhaps elusive, things that hover in front of and within us.

By purchasing one of my works, I hope this attempt will reach you too, and that you will continue it until a possible end.

In the open air

I like to paint outside the studio, especially under the sun, which beats down on my head and on the canvas. The colors come out in a different way, I don't know if better, certainly more true. I know, for some colleagues and gallery owners the idea is rather bizarre and naive, but I like the direct dialogue with what I have before my eyes and in my heart, and never mind if it's no longer in fashion.
